Nevekari Enterprises is a new direction for Asharucorp partner Ira Rosenblum and his sometime collaborator Kevin Lennon.  This initiative firmly takes the fiction publishing and scriptwriting interests of the aforementioned individuals off of the page and into the world of theatrical pre-production as co-creators of a highly marketable episodic science-fiction television vehicle.

With a completed series bible and episode outlines through the first season, the writing of the pilot, as well as pre-production graphic design and computer modeling is well under way.  Upon copyrighting, pre-production promo trailers will be posted online to be followed, ideally, with short excerpts from the pilot.

Kevin Lennon & Ira Aron Rosenblum:  “Known Collaborators”

Aside from advising each another in regard to specific plot points or storylines involved in their independent projects, this series is the fifth instance of original writing that Kevin Lennon and Ira Aron Rosenblum have collaborated on.  Previous outings include; one teleplay (with a third partner), one script treatment, one short story, and the beginnings of an epic-fantasy-based novel.

Kevin Lennon

Born in Sydney, Australia, and raised in New York, Kevin Lennon is a writer, fine artist and illustrator who graduated with an Associate’s degree in Advertising Design from Elizabeth Seton College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Illustration from the University of Wisconsin at Osh Kosh.  He was a freelance illustrator for a number of years, and specialized in producing such diverse projects as; political cartoons, flyer designs, tattoo design illustrations, children’s book proposals, as well as magazine cover illustrations and magazine article illustration.  In 1998, he executed an elaborate series of visual concept designs for a universe extrapolated from an author’s then unpublished novel.  He has also produced industrial and costume design, character design, portions of graphic novels and story illustrations for third party clients.  An avid student of philosophy, psychology, literature, history, film and scriptwriting, he has collaborated with a number of co-authors on spec scripts, and short stories, as well as producing several short stories as a solo creator.  In 2010 he was offered a special invitation to be part of an art exhibition at the library of New York University that included a number of his fine art works.  He currently resides in Yonkers, New York.

Ira Aron Rosenblum

Born in New York and a graduate of Ithaca College with degrees in History, Art History and Music, Mr. Rosenblum was involved with the music industry professionally for over twenty years, and has written, been interviewed in, or has consulted for editorial and review articles that have appeared in a number of newspapers, magazines and on-line journals, such as: The Ithacan, Global Rhythm, Irish Music, Billboard, sidewalk.com and timessquare.com.  In addition, he has served as a Buyer, purchasing consultant and marketing copy writer for companies such as Musicrama and the Empire Music Group.  In 2004, Mr. Rosenblum consulted and authored sections of the critical non-fiction work: “World Music: The Basics” by Richard Nidel; published by Routledge / Taylor & Francis.  In 2008, he turned his attention toward his own fiction writing and within sixteen months completed the manuscripts for his first two novels.  One; a mythology and psychology tinged epic fantasy, and the other; a conspiracy-based thriller.  Two companion “novellas” soon followed.  In 2010 he marched ahead with two new novels: a sequel to his first manuscript and a classic “who-dun-it” murder mystery set in the politcally charged atmosphere of 1972 Milan, Italy. Two other novels are in their infancy, as well as his translation of a Renaissance satire.  He and his wife: Michelle; are the proud parents of two: Amalia and Joshua.  They maintain residences in New York and Michigan.
